If your product is marked as delivered according the tracking number given to your order and you say you did not receive it - we will not resend you a new product due to the fact it was delivered to the address you wrote down at the time of purchase.

If your product is not marked as delivered and it has been past 9 - 21 working day(s) then your order will eligible(not guaranteed) to be refunded or you will be sent a replacement. Whether or not you will be refunded or you will be sent a replacement will solely depend upon the decision of the management team of carlshoes.com

If your product was received by your destination country and your local post office but not delivered then this is because you put the wrong shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for these type of issues - and you will not be refunded or sent a replacement at free cost.

Exchange and refund policy

By ordering from this website, you agree to the following policy:


All sales transactions are final and we can update this refund policy at any time without notice. 


Once you have completed your order and or received the order confirmation email we are unable to cancel and or make any changes to your order. Once an order has been placed, we regret to inform you that we do not allow any cancellation as we work very quickly in processing all our orders. This is to ensure minimal disruption to our order fulfillment team. Should an exception be made, all order cancellations will be subjected to a cancellation fee of $5. 



If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please get in touch with our friendly Support Team via email for return/exchange instructions within 3 calendar days from the time the parcel is delivered to you. Returned items must be unused, and in its original condition & packaging to quality for a refund. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost paid for the item will not be refunded as that was the cost for shipping not the cost of the item purchased. Returns and Exchanges are only applicable to non-faulty and non-damaged items, and a video of the damaged product must be shown to be eligible for a refund. 

Please note, we do not cover for the return shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Items returned must be shipped via tracked shipping method. All exchanges & refunds will only be processed upon confirmation of the delivery to our warehouse via the returned parcel's tracking status, and when we have received the actual product back in our warehouse. Gadget Deals Online will not be held liable for any returned parcels lost in transit. 

If a change needs to be made to your order (due to an incorrect address etc..), please contact us asap and we will do our best to accommodate that change, but we cannot make any promises and we are not held responsible for such situations.

We are not held responsible or any form of liability if a customer misuses or causes personal damage due to the product.

We strictly do not accept refunds based on delivery times as we ship from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide. 

Returns & Exchanges are not available for intimate goods, such as lingerie and inner wear. 



In the unfortunate event where a faulty, damaged or defective product is received, please get in touch with us via email within 3 calendar days of product receipt with evidence of product damage (by means of photos or videos that best demonstrate the defect/damage). Upon inspection of the available evidence, a decision will be made based on the nature of the case. In this case, we reserve the right if we decide to not refund shipping cost of the item as that was the cost of shipping the item to the location not the actual product.

Delivery Times

We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer wholesale prices and high quality products with good design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the average ETA is 2 - 4 weeks for any items that may ship from international warehouses.

We will email you a tracking number, once your order has been shipped.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

We strictly do not accept refunds based on delivery times as we ship from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide and if there are delivery delays we do not accept refunds as we do not have any control over individual orders shipped via logistics carriers.
